Stop Trampling On The Palm Tree
It is amazing on!
How Christians keep silent and watch
while the enemy destroys the gifts of God.

The Man Who Saw God Face To Face

Introduction
Twice I have seen this during funeral ceremony. A group coming for condolence visit would bring a man along. The man is usually a man of charm, who comes along wearing a pair of shorts. Soon, he climbs a palm tree. And with his feet, he tramples down all the branches of the tree. The worse thing is that people would keep silent, watch him in excitement and entertainments, while the demonic man destroys a good and healthy palm tree that has done nothing wrong. Even Christians keep quiet and feel entertained, while God’s precious gift to His people is being destroyed. It never occurs to the mind of people that palm tree is God’s symbols of righteousness, goodness, life and victory.
12 The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree,
He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
13 Those who are planted in the house of the Lord
Shall flourish in the courts of our God.
14 They shall still bear fruit in old age;
They shall be fresh and flourishing,
15 To declare that the Lord is upright;
He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.
Psalms 92:12-15
After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!" 11 All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, 12 saying:
"Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom,
Thanksgiving and honor and power and might,
Be to our God forever and ever.
Amen."
Revelation 7:9-12
39 'Also on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruit of the land, you shall keep the feast of the Lord for seven days; on the first day there shall be a Sabbath-rest, and on the eighth day a Sabbath-rest. 40 And you shall take for yourselves on the first day the fruit of beautiful trees, branches of palm trees, the boughs of leafy trees, and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before the Lord your God for seven days. 41 You shall keep it as a feast to the Lord for seven days in the year. It shall be a statute forever in your generations. You shall celebrate it in the seventh month.
Leviticus 23:39-42
Next time you see somebody climbing the palm tree to trample down on the branches, say No and shout him down the tree. It is both evil and destructive to trample down on the palm tree.
